When I first reached out to Robby & Mackenzie I was at a very low point in my life. I have been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. I tried therapy, medications, almost everything I could think of to try and fix myself. I decided to give Reiki a shot because I honestly had nothing else to lose. After our first session, I felt like a weight was beginning to lift off of my shoulders. Now I’ve done 4 sessions and each session absolutely amazes me. Not only have I noticed a positive change within myself, but my husband and kids have noticed as well. Reiki has really helped me with being okay with myself and actually paying closer attention to my thoughts and perspective on things.
